CDM Coordinator's Role

As CDM-C Consultants, we offer clients and contractors with Independent expertise and support in construction management to enable full compliance with the latest CDM 2007 regulations.

We also provide clients and designers with skills and documentation, training in risk awareness of site practices applicable to designers and assist with the selection of sutiable designers and sub-contractors. As health and safety consultants we can help to implement safety at all levels of the new regulations.

We provide clients and main -contrators with:

 

Client amd main contractors' duies and legislative awareness

 

Site Safety and health arrangments and required documentation

Peronalised training programmes for all levels of personnel

 

Help with selection of designers and contractors

 

Advice on systems to control Contractors and all sub-contractors

 

Specialist additional Consultants for Construction, and project supervision, Legionella, Asbestos sampling and management, Radiation, and Electricity

We provide total support throughout the construction project with all our CDM Coordinators being on the Association of Project Safety's Register of Competency Following the information and construction phase planning stages we will be on hand to organise site safety inspections and will be available for meetings and planning of later operations We provide on-going help and support with: A client-dedicated consultant to develop individual requirements by providing management support and expert planning to achieve your company aims Competent person support as required by the HSE for compliance with UK safety legislation Management Regulations Support and protection in the event of an accident or insurance claim
